The Farmhouse is a local restaurant owned by a couple focusing on homemade flavors and fresh ingredients. And french toast is always good, but lemon meringue french toast with basil and maple syrup? They managed to improve french toast and pie.

Chili cheese omelet – it’s probably a combination that never crossed your mind, and yet you need to try it. While Eggtc offers other options like crepes or pancakes, their specialty is egg dishes, and they are very good at them. Their apple and goat cheese omelet is another combination they’ve created that shouldn’t work but does. Avoid the basics here, and stick to trying their more unique plates that you can’t find anywhere else.
Harvey’s
Harvey’s has an extensive breakfast menu, with so many good options that it may be hard for you to decide. Their chicken and waffles is an elevated take on the dish, featuring bacon cheddar waffles and paired with honey butter, which highlights the flavors. If you’re up for some heat, their huevos rancheros are perfectly spiced – hot enough to be noticeable but not too hot to mask the layered flavors, and the cilantro slaw brings a freshness to the dish.
