Get Ready for Dancefestopia
The biggest dance festival in KCMO is almost here! Slated for September 9-11 at La Benite Riverfront Park, say farewell to summer with an EDM-infused dance party like no other. Tickets are limited and selling out quickly so get yours online now. Record attendance is predicted for this year with over 100 artists taking to the riverfront stages. Located in nearby Sugar Creek, MO, the three day, three night (fourth night optional camping only) promises non-stop music and plenty of bass.
For 2016, a brand new stage was built with optimized production. Enjoy canoe trips, ziplining over the roaring crowd, bull riding and helicopter tours right from the festival grounds. How Camping Should Be Done
There are showers on site, and this year features more vendors, workshops and art displays than ever. It all begins on Thursday at 5 p.m. with gates open ‘til 11. Campground-only access is permitted at this point with $35 parking fees for the full festival stretch. Dancefestopia begins on Friday at noon and keeps going, literally without stopping, until Sunday.
