Worlds of Fun theme park is always a good time, but for winter, they’re also handy for your shopping! Winterfest is their annual event, where you can enjoy the beauty of buildings decked out in holiday lights, a fully decorated Christmas tree, ice skating, holiday characters, and more – all in addition to their traditional activities. However, they also have their winter market, where local artisans can come out and sell their handmade products, and you can buy unique gifts for everyone on your list. The Kansas City Library is hosting the perfect sale if you have bookworms to shop for! The books will be gently used, but still in good shape, and you can fill entire shelves for the cost of one new book! Hardcover books will be going for just a dollar a piece, while paperbacks will cost half that, so go wild picking out books for everyone!
