City Market

Located at 20 E. 5th St. #201, no trip to KCMO is complete without checking out City Market. Home to a farm-to-table kitchen, farmers market, shopping and entertainment, it’s the perfect weekend outing for a solo venture, date or family jaunt. Special events like Socks and Hops, mobile mammography for health and even health and wellness days ensure no trip to the market is ever the same. What will you discover?

City Market has been a tradition since 1857 and has grown tremendously in over 150 years. One of the biggest, longest-running farmers markets in the Midwest connects growers to the KCMO community. With over 40 full-time businesses, you’ll find a diverse mix of dining options and entertainment throughout the year. Shops are open daily, and the farmers market operates year-round on weekends.
