Titanic Exhibit
You can always look to Union Station for Kansas City entertainment options, whether it is dining at one of their fun restaurants, visiting their Planetarium, IMAX or Science City or heading to one of their cool exhibits that have included everything from ‘Diana’ to ‘Bodies Revealed’ and many more in recent years.
‘Titanic: The Artifact Exhibition’ revisits Union Station as it did about a decade ago, but this go around will include more artifacts, and the exhibit will be on display as the world celebrates the 100th anniversary of the historic sinking that made the ship so famous.
Over 300 artifacts will be on display, which is considerably more than on past visit, as crews have been busy reclaiming the Titanic’s sunken treasures over the past 10 years. According to Union Station’s website, ‘Titanic: The Artifact Exhibition’ is almost twice the size of it’s previous display in 2001 and will include 11 galleries of which to tour.
The exhibit will run from March through September 3rd, 2012 and tickets are $19.12 for adults and $16.12 for children, students, seniors and members of the military.
To purchase tickets or for additional information, visit the official website or call Union Station directly at (816) 460-2020.
