Start at the Fat Cat’s Vortex Bar and travel to some of the haunted buildings of Kansas City, like the Indian Cemetery where disgruntled Civil War soldiers are buried, or Memorial Hall where a stagehand was electrocuted during a concert one night but continues to try to help with the shows. If you’re lucky, Patsy Cline, who sang her last show here, may even show – some nights, she sings on stage, offering a private concert.

K.C.’s history has plenty of mafia moments, and this tour takes you to places that hosted some major mob moments. The Hotel Savoy is haunted by Fred Lightner, who was shot on the fourth floor, or Union Station, the site of the 1933 Kansas City Massacre, where the mob tried to free a captured friend, but instead he died along with several others.
